But her team’s work was complicated by a recent lawsuit filed by a group of agribusinesses against the State of Colorado. The case sought to undo the progress made by a recent Farmworker Bill of Rights, which guaranteed workers’ ability to meet with service providers like doctors, lawyers, and teachers in their homes. We’re proud to partner with Towards Justice and Farmworker Justice to intervene in that litigation and represent Colorado Legal Services to defend farmworkers’ rights.
